Team Kimberlin

Kimberlin Farms is truly a magical farm, mostly because of the generousity of it's owners, Carl and Ann Kimberlin, but also because of the special group of people and horses who call it "home."

Each of the lucky members of the Kimberlin "Barn Family" take great pride in the farm, and work together to make it a successful retreat for our horses and each other. For more information about "Team Kimberlin," read below:

Although Ann & Carl Kimberlin have their son Patrick, they also have a barn full of "daughters" who've basically adopted them!

Ann is heavily involved in promoting junior carriage driving in the Midsouth area! Ann and her friend, Janice Kilpatrick, have hosted the "Driving My Buggy" carriage camp for junior drivers over the past several years. They also sponsored the Junior Driving class at the 2007 Germantown Charity Horse Show, giving junior drivers a chance to compete. Ann is a member of the Nashoba Carriage Club and helps coordinate junior driving events and activities for the club.

Kay Calandrucio and Tippy Adams are high school seniors who board horses at the barn. Both are fantastic equestrians and hope to attend vet school in the future. They are some of the most popular Camp Counselors at Kimberlin Farms annual "Driving My Buggy" carriage camp held in June.

Another member of "Team Kimberlin" is Nora Land. Nora, is also a very popular camp counselor and talented equestrian. She is our "go to" gal. If we have a horse question, need an exercise rider, or need a horse-sitter, we ask Nora! Of course, we also must mention Nora's fabulous mom, Cathy Land- the best barn mom ever!!! Thank goodness for Cathy... we can always count on her to help out whenever needed!

Ashlee & Lauren Pigford make up the "Team Kimberlin" sister posse. When not working at their real "grown-up" jobs, they can be found at the barn working with their young horses and helping out around the barn... that is when they're not "borrowing" Mr. Carl's hammock!

Connie Lester, and her husband Monty, and son Tyler are another "family" squadron making up our "team." Connie helps us keep our priorities straight around the barn.... packing the team up in her Tahoe for frequent "Sonic, TSC, and Guadalajara" runs. Thanks to Connie, we always laugh lots, and eat well! Monty and Tyler's favorite barn activity is fishing. You can find them hanging out at one of the many ponds on the property!

Tammy Folk and Weezie Calandrucio are the "trail ride extrodanaire's" of the group. They can be spotted riding their horses out and about and enjoying the beautiful pastures on the property.

Mary Grace Greer is one of the newest members of team Kimberlin's horse-crazy team to be bitten by the horse bug! Shown below with Rollingwoods Classic Rock. Mary Grace and "Classic" at their first show together at the 2009 Nashoba Carriage Classic- taking Reserve Champion in the Junior Driving division at their very first show together. Congratulations to Mary Grace!

Last but not least, is most important, Eric... or Eddie according to Mr. Carl. Eric/Eddie does all the important work around the farm to keep it running. Looking after the ponies, working the fields, etc. Without Eric, there would be no Kimberlin Farms! He mostly just thinks we're all "Muy Loco!"

Hope you've enjoyed reading about our Team!
